    Shipping is free for commercial addresses in the contiguous United States. For shipments to Alaska or Hawaii, contact our Customer Care Team for a quote. We do not offer international shipping. We do not ship to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses.

    Most Oliver Machinery products are shipped by motor freight. Accessorial charges from the carrier are not included in the fixed rate. These charges include but are not limited to the following fees:

    Residential Delivery: Additional $65.00. Residential delivery is an address that is not in a commercial area.

    Lift Gate Service: Additional $85.00. Lift gate service will deliver your purchase to the address. It does not include movement into your building. This is your responsibility and is not offered by the carrier.

    Limited Access Service: Additional $85.00. Limited access includes school, government, military, or any other situation that requires special delivery instructions.

    You may be able to pick up your shipment at the carrier terminal to avoid the accessorial charges, call our Customer Care Team for details.

    Most shipment leave within 2-working days after the order is placed. If there is a delay, we will contact you. Once your order is shipped, the carrier and tracking number will be sent to you. This will allow you to follow the movement of your order.

    We strive to ship all orders as soon as possible. Express service is available at an additional charge, contact our Customer Care Team for details.

    What should I expect when a shipment is delivered?


    • All shipments require a signature to be delivered.

    • Obtain a copy of all documents the carrier has related to your shipment.

    • Motor freight carriers will call you in advance to advise their delivery window.

    • Inspect all shipping containers and confirm the number of boxes match the shipping documents.

    • If any box shows visible damaged, note it on the shipping document or refuse the shipment. Take photos if possible and keep a copy of all documents for your records.

    • Have the carrier acknowledge any discrepancy of box count or visible damage and note on the documents where the damage is located.

    • If you refuse a shipment for any reason, contact our Customer Care Team immediately.

    • Any received shipment that is found to be damage is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. Oliver Machinery will assist you, but cannot file the claim and is not responsible for any loss.

    • Internal damage or missing items must be reported to Oliver Machinery within three (3) calendar days of signing the delivery receipt to be considered a claim. After that period, any and all matters will be limited to the product warranty.
