The SR5 Saw & Router combination machine is a versatile tool that can be easily switched between saw and router functions in under a minute. Its heavily guarded blade ensures safety while still providing an accuracy of 1/64”. This machine is perfect for shops that need to do a lot of cutting and routing, such as dado or rabbet routing. The SR5 features an interchangeable motor carriage that can be used for rip cuts by pushing the panel through or for vertical crosscuts by letting gravity take control. The patented self-adjusting, floating router carriage helps maintain a consistent depth of cut. The MID-WAY Fence® allows for processing smaller panels at a comfortable height. If you need both panel cutting and routing capabilities, the SR5 is a great choice. It is compatible with 1/4\" and 1/2\" collet router bits, which can be purchased at any hardware store.
